History

The Godney Gathering has very quickly established itself as one of the very best single day micro festivals in the country today, achieving outstanding reviews both locally and, more importantly, nationally. Whilst the festival is still relatively young, only starting in 2011, very quickly it has evolved from it's single outdoor stage to it's current seven stages for the 2017 event, made up of our Main and Second outdoor stages, the local Glastonbury FM stage, an acoustic stage, silent disco dome, children's performance stage and the new introduction of our cabaret & comedy stage which we are very excited about as it adds yet another dimension to the festival. Over the last few years our 4999 sell out festival has had some truly amazing performances from the likes of UB40, Scouting for Girls, Reef, The Hoosiers, The Subways, Blockheads, Dub Pistols and The Christians to name but a few. 2017 will see just over 50 individual stage performances which represents amazing value for money, with tier one tickets starting from just £20 each. Each and every year our festival strives to continue to improve and we genuinely believe that 2017 is going to represent the biggest and best to date.
